Meet Olivier, a fully licensed elevator mechanic in Alberta with 15+ years in the industry. Trained at the prestigious OTIS Apprenticeship School in Tours, France, he honed his skills modernizing high-rise elevators in Paris. Olivier, also a licensed electrician in France, served as an adjuster, lead technician, and often the sole certified journeyperson before co-founding Borealis Elevator. His expertise spans fixing, modernizing, installing, and inspecting elevators across AB, BC, and NWT. Olivier’s strengths include perfectionism, cleanliness, and unwavering perseverance.

Estelle, with a Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Management, brings her rich hotel industry background to Borealis Elevator. Formerly at the Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, she excelled in offering top-notch customer service. Now in Edmonton, Estelle prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims to build lasting relationships.
